
Town House – (1 Štefánikova) – a protected cultural site. The building was completed in 1880, designed by J.Lyka in the style of Neo-Renaissance. St. James´ parrish church had been standing at that place since the Middle Ages until its demolition in 1786. The cross from its steeple is now placed above Zobor´s St.Svorad´s Cave. The municipal authorities have been using the building until 1990, now it houses the Museum and the Tourist Information Office.
