Townsman´s House
Townsman´s House – (2 Štefánikova) – a protected cultural site. The building was originated by the Archbishopric of Esztergom in the 17th century. The Renaissance style building received a new Baroque frontage in the 19th century. After having served the Catholic Church, the building housed Nitra´s first secondary school in since 1700 until 1703. The school later moved elsewhere and the building was converted into an ordinary townsman´s house.
