Zvernica

Zvernica - a hunting ground established in 1906 and located north and north-west of the villages of Zlatno, Lovce, Zikava and Topolcianky, with 11869 hectacres. The roe deer, red deer, fallow deer, mouflons and wild boars are kept in the Great Game Preserve (11,131 ha). The fallow deer is kept separately in the Small Game Preserve (738 ha). There is an approximate total of 1700 of all the animals in both preserves. Other important parts of the hunting ground are a style hunters castle and carp and trout fish-ponds.
